At Baby Guardian, I respect your time as much as I do your child’s health. I run a private, appointment-only clinic to ensure every family receives focused care without long queues or interruptions. When you step into my space, you have my full attention. Booking is easy, and important to do early. This helps secure your preferred timeslot and gives me the lead time I need to order your child’s vaccines.

Appointments are required for all visits. Two days’ notice is needed to order vaccines.

Reminders are sent out a week before your appointment. Please confirm promptly to ensure availability.

Payments and Fees

I don’t handle cash at the clinic for safety reasons. Please use EFT or GeoPayment (if you're an FNB client). Full payment is required before your appointment, and proof of payment must be sent to me via WhatsApp.

Reference your payment clearly with your child’s full name or invoice number to avoid confusion.

Important: Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged a full fee.

Appointment Hours & Flexibility

Baby Guardian clinic is open as early as 5:00 AM and as late as 6:00 PM, depending on the day. I’m also involved in various community health projects, so availability may vary but I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.

Arrive 10 minutes earlier to allow for delays at the main gate (especially on Saturdays). These delays can affect the flow of the day.

Medical Aid Information

We're not contracted into medical aids. However, you’re welcome to claim back after payment using the invoice/receipt we provide. Reimbursement will depend on your specific medical aid and plan.
